PAYE: £15.81 per hour

5 days per week onsite

Role

• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments for residents and contractors.
• Allocate jobs to the appropriate operatives and contractors based on availability, location and required skills.
• Manage and update the repairs scheduling system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with residents, contractors, operatives and internal teams to arrange and confirm appointments.
