Service Development and Policy Officer (Revs and Bens)

Fully remote

£163.03 per day PAYE 

Ongoing contract

To advise and support the Service Development Manager in delivering service improvement by providing specialist policy, guidance, learning, training and operational support to the Revenue and Benefits Service, other Lambeth departments and key Lambeth stakeholders.

The postholder will play a key role in ensuring legislative and policy compliance, supporting effective service delivery, developing staff capability and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
