Preferred Requirements:

• Understanding of the safeguarding children environment
• Experience or familiarity with multiagency working
• Competency in data analysis and audit
• Background in social care, health, police, or related central disciplines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or certification in a related field
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and governance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
