  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance surveying
  • Implement proactive maintenance strategies to enhance housing quality
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance surveying or a related field
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance projects effectively
  • Adeptness in utilizing surveying tools and software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or certification in surveying, building maintenance, or a similar field
  • Professional accreditation from a recognized industry body
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
