Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £23.00ph paid weekly PAYE
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
  
A Multi-Skilled Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building fabric issues across multiple disciplines to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform repairs on building fabric, carpentry, plumbing, and external ground maintenance works to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, coordinating with other teams and the helpdesk for when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and inventory management.
Health & Safety: Have a good understanding of H&S requirements and the use of correct PPE.
  
Required Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge Proficiency: Good knowledge of building fabric, carpentry, plumbing and problem-solving skills with a strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours or respond to emergencies.
