Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias

Location: Mobile role covering Hampshire, depot is based in SO21.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (40hrs per week)
Pay: £24.88ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
Notes: Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check prior to starting. This is a mobile role in Hampshire, vehicle, phone, tablet & tools will be supplied along with full uniform & PPE.
  
Duties
The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on a wide variety of Mechanical and Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plant, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and processes and procedures. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities, fire alarm testing and participating in an out of hours call out rota.
Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM.
Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork / CAFM  is completed regarding PPM, reactive works and that it is passed without delay to the Helpdesk Team.
  
Person Specification
Must be fully qualified Electrically
Experience of wider multi trade work such as plumbing, carpentry, fixing doors, locks, etc. is also needed
Must hold full UK Drivers License
