Planning Support Officer – Barnsley

Temp to perm

£14.36 per hour PAYE

Full time

Duties and responsibilties

We are looking for a candidate who can work well as a team, under pressure in a fast paced role, they should have a positive approach to problem solving and be able to work flexibly on their own initiative. We are seeking someone who is looking for a temp to perm role – Application for permanent role when advertised will be required 

Using works Management /Dynamic Resource scheduling systems 

Initially role is to support the team with;

• Call handling both customer and operative phone lines
• Navigating systems and liaising with other departments to deal with customer enquiries
• Mailbox management  
• Relief Planner support – Managing craft operatives and their DRS dairies
