Housing Officer – Portsmouth

Contract

£26.00 ph

Hybrid – 1 or 2 days in office, 3 or 4 days in office

Full time

• Possess experience working directly with tenants in a demanding front-line role and feel confident conducting home visits.
• Be proactive and highly self-motivated, with the ability to perform efficiently, accurately, and consistently under pressure. Be prepared to demonstrate how you have adapted your working methods to meet the evolving demands of the housing sector.
• Capable of working independently with focus, integrity, and transparency.
• Effectively manage your time and handle competing priorities in an appropriate and organised manner.
• Able to actively listen to customer needs, prioritise tasks accordingly, and adapt your approach to suit diverse individuals and situations.
