Assistant Plan Co-ordinator
Location: Barnsley (Office-based Mondays and Thursdays minimum)
On rolling Contract
£12.59 per hour
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Plan Co-ordinator. This role is central to managing our SEND Consultation process, ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the SEND Consultation process
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data using Excel and management information systems
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties and process improvements
About You
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel and data management systems
- Quick to learn new systems and procedures
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
