Neighbourhood Response Officer – Plymouth (PL5) 
 
our client looking for a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local regions.
 
£18.43 PAYE
 
In this key role, you’ll support centrally based teams by:

• Completing customer visits
• Conducting property viewings and sign-up appointments
• Identifying and investigating tenancy breaches
• Responding to reports of anti-social behaviour

You’ll work collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to ensure Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe. You’ll also identify improvements, investigate breaches of tenancy, and help develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers.
This role also includes:

• Partnering with local resident groups to develop community facilities, activities, and events
• Taking ownership of estate cleanliness and safety, reporting fly tipping, and monitoring grounds maintenance
• Regular travel across local regions to meet residents, depending on business requirements
