Redbridge – Housing officer

Location – IG8 0AG

36 hours – £16.51ph -  On going contract

You will be based at the Orchard Housing Office, the key responsibilities include:

Carrying out tenancy audits.

• Identifying vulnerable residents and working with partner agencies to ensure all residents can live safely and sustain their tenancies updating tenancy details and keeping detailed records. identifying hoarders and vulnerable tenants
• The role may involve visiting tenants and will also involve lone working. Daily use of a car and a full driving license is a must.
