Job Description
- Lead and oversee project surveys, ensuring accurate and timely completion
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide valuable insights
- To be responsible for overseeing and manage maintenance and construction works to the Corporate Property Portfolio, including planned maintenance, responsive maintenance, refurbishments, adaptations, extensions and alterations.
- To provide advice, guidance and input, to the design of refurbishment or new build projects to ensure the most effective maintenance regimes are built into corporate Estate Properties
- To undertake the preparation/production of bills of quantities, schedules of work, schedules of rates, budget estimates, feasibility studies, specification documents, preliminary particulars and preambles for contract documents as required for building works including maintenance and refurbishments
- Demonstrated experience in project surveying within the construction and real estate sector
- Proficiency in utilizing surveying equipment and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen eye for detail
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality survey reports within specified timeframes
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional certification in surveying or relevant accreditation
- Additional certifications or training in project management would be advantageous
