Building Surveyor

Join Enfield as a Building Surveyor on a hybrid working basis, with a competitive salary of £250 a day. This is initially a 3-month contract, with a potential for extension, offering you the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

• Work on diverse projects and contribute to the maintenance of Enfield Council's properties.
• Play a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of buildings and structures.
• Utilize your expertise to drive continuous improvement and best practices in property maintenance.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in building surveying, property maintenance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within set timeframes.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, Health and Safety legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in relevant surveying software and tools, with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in building surveying, construction, or a related field.
• Chartered Building Surveyor status or working towards achieving chartered status.
• Health and Safety certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be beneficial.
