Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.15pm
Pay: £22.70ph paid weekly via umbrella – no CIS/LTD
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
  
Duties:
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Plasterer within the Clients Responsive Repairs team. 
Experience of property maintenance would be an advantage; it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry. 
You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE.
