Operations Manager (Social Care)

Calderdale, West Yorkshire (Hybrid)

£350 per day

Purpose:          

• Provide operational management and take forward the adult social care vision and the new operating  model based on strength and asset-based approaches.
• Represent Adult Social Care in the development and implementation of the five localities in Calderdale Cares.
• Take managerial responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and partnership working for your  portfolio area. 
• Ensure your portfolio area meets its statutory responsibilities with regard to legislation and  safeguarding.
• Ensure the direct provision in your portfolio meets the regulatory requirements meets CQC standards.
• Manage the efficient and effective utilisation of all resources available to your portfolio.
• As a member of extended leadership team support the Directorate in the implementation of strategy,  policy and delivery of the Directorate priorities.
