PAYE: £22.55 per hour

Role

 The Homelessness Housing Coordinator will be based within the Initial Assessment Team and will work closely across the service to prevent homelessness through early intervention and effective case  management.

Essential Experience

• Conducting initial homelessness assessments.
• Welfare benefits.
• The Homelessness Reduction Act.
• Housing and homelessness policy, legislation, case law, and best practice.
• Court processes, possession orders, and evictions.
• Homelessness decision-making.
