Ongoing contract
Location: L20 3NJ 
Working Pattern: Full-time, fully onsite
Rate: £17.94 per hour (approx. £35,000.00 per annum)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people and families experiencing a range of difficulties.
• Work alongside social workers within the Duty and Assessment Team to support assessments and identify family needs.
• Undertake home visits and direct work with children and families to understand their circumstances and provide appropriate interventions.
• Support parents and carers to develop effective parenting skills and improve family relationships.
