Up to £46ph

• Lead a dedicated social work team delivering high-quality field services to children, families and the local community.
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to departmental policies, procedures and safeguarding standards.
• Manage complex child protection and children-in-need cases, supporting positive outcomes for children and families.
• Drive effective assessment and intervention, providing strong professional leadership and oversight.
• Essential: CQSW, DipSW, BA (Hons) Social Work or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in a field social work setting, including substantial child protection experience.
