Rate: £23.61 per hour
Location: Lewisham
Office based
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Centre Officer to join our high-performing team. This role is the first point of contact for all enquiries handled by the Customer Service Centre, both over the telephone and, when required, through front-facing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone and in-person channels.
- Work effectively in a busy, multi-service contact centre environment.
- Ensure all enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally through to completion.
- Support residents with digital services and assist in accessing online platforms.
- Handle queries relating to Housing, Repairs, Registration Services, Environmental Services, Highways, Planning, and other service areas directed to the call centre.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced contact centre.
- A passion for customer service and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of public services such as Housing, Environmental Services, and Highways.
- Confidence in using digital tools to support customers in accessing online services.
