Job Description
- Attend and take part in regular team meetings and regular reviews with line manager.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries with internal and external customers/clients of the service.
- Update Children’s Services Databases and assist with information validation.
- Assist with requesting documents from other departments and service areas as required.
- Undertake word processing as required.
- Assist in arranging meetings, liaising with business support colleagues across the service regarding required documents and diary management of Social Work colleagues.
- Perform reception duties when working in an office base.
- Provide cover for other staff across different teams within the service when required/requested.
