Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.15pm (37hrs per week)
Pay: £23.70ph paid weekly via umbrella – No CIS/LTD
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
  
Duties
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of a Plumber within the Clients Housing Operations team.  It is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry.  You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
