About the Role

You’ll support all aspects of foster carer recruitment, from initial enquiry to application. This includes:

• Planning, organising, and attending local events and community activities to raise awareness of fostering.
• Providing information about the different types of fostering available and helping potential carers understand the process.
• Following up with potential applicants to discuss their interest and guide them through the next steps.
• Representing the client confidently and professionally at public events, ensuring our values and messages are communicated clearly.
• Supporting marketing, outreach, and promotional campaigns to attract and engage new foster carers across Cardiff.
