Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of young people involved with the Youth Offending Service.
• Undertake assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual needs and risks.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies including police, social care, education, and health professionals.
• Deliver one-to-one and group-based interventions aimed at reducing reoffending and promoting positive engagement.
