Receptionist
Job Description
We require an experienced Receptionist to provide an excellent first point of contact for our busy family hub for up to 6 months or until permanent recruitment is successful.
The successful candidate should be able to manage a dynamic reception situation, using excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure families and professionals are greeted and have their queries dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. You will be required to manage room bookings and appointment systems, ensuring the hub is welcoming and equipment needs are met appropriately. You will have good recording skills and be able to support accurate data entry using a range of IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
