4Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Transition Support Advisor to work in a Young People Service based in Norfolk.
  
Pay Rates: £11.66 – £12.56 per hour.
  
Information on the role
One full time position available and two zero-hour contracts available. Successful candidates will be working Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM (40 hours per week) with some evening and weekend work available which will be claimed back as lieu.
  
What you will be doing:

• Supporting 16–18-year-olds who are struggling with transition
• Assisting asylum seekers in settling into the UK
• Helping with social meetings, life admin, and medical appointments
• Taking young people to appointments, social activities and daily tasks (e.g. cinema)
• Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.

  
  
Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience working in asylum seekers
• UK Driving License – required for travel between properties
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
