- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the safety and nurturing of infants and their families
- Leverage your knowledge and experience in pre-birth assessments, child protection, and complex child-in-need cases
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality and performance, leading by example
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong track record in undertaking pre-birth assessments, child protection, complex child-in-need, and PLO/Pre proceedings
- Showcase your ability to produce high-quality work, including court statements and assessments
- Possess the skills to mentor and coach less experienced team members, fostering their professional growth
- Embody enthusiasm, passion, and a deep commitment to enhancing the lived experiences of our children
- Serve as a role model, exemplifying true professionalism and providing valuable learning opportunities to your team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in the field of children’s social work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused approach to complex challenges
