Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (36.25hrs per week)
Pay: £40.00ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
  
Duties

• Being responsible for the Responsive Repairs Team and its related functions, ensuring that repairs services are delivered effectively and efficiently to high standards. With particular focus on disrepair, damp and mould and other complex repairs.
• Managing the commercial focus of day-to-day property repairs services to tenanted properties and empty homes and elsewhere under contracts or agreements.
• Ensuring that strategic risk mitigations are delivered and to develop effective communication with tenants regarding the repairs service standards and delivery of reactive repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and statutory requirements governing areas of responsibility.
• Good understanding of relevant H&S legislation and CDM regulations and the awareness and ability to ensure work is in accordance with H&S legislation and CDM regulations.
• Management of high-quality customer service through a directly managed team of team leaders, chargehands and operatives, back-office colleagues and partnership contractors.
• Assist with the development of quotes, tenders and bids to further expand the work of the service in to new internal and external markets
