Location: Candidates will ideally be based in the following broad areas: Newcastle / Sunderland / Durham / Middlesbrough / Darlington
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: The salary for the role is between £36k and £39k depending on skills and experience, paid at an hourly rate.
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Temp to Perm if everything goes well
  
Duties
The ideal candidates will have experience within the FM industry, completing routine PPM tasks, reactive tasks and other engineering duties across various client sites, demonstrating a wide range of engineering capability in other disciplines (eg plumbing, joinery…) as well as specialist electrical skills.
Job comes with medium size van (Vivaro size) for work use only and van must be kept at candidate’s home every night.

Must hold full UK drivers license
This role is for multi-skilled engineer with electrical bias (fully qualified electrician).
