Job Description
Location – Exeter, Devon (EX1)
Starting – 01/04/2025
Duration – 27/07/2025, MINIMUM
Hours – Mon to Fri, 8am till 5pm
Hourly Rate - £20.53PAYE or £25.00ph via UMBRELLA – (Cannot pay CIS/LTD)
Note – Must be able to pass an enhanced security check.
Removing/installing lighting
Removing/installing electrical sockets
Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practises
All reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest.
Ensuring permits and RAMS are adhered to
To develop a good working relationship with all members of the team, subcontractors, and client’s staff
Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment is met, including the wearing of uniform and appropriate PPE always.
To ensure compliance with all and client policies and procedures
Ensure a professional image of the client, and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted
