Job Description
4 on 4 off 6pm-6am
Salford, Manchester, M50
Starting – ASAP
Duration – on-going, temp to perm
Hourly Rate – £25.17 via umbrella (can facilitate CIS if set up)
Extra shifts may be required, paid x1.5
Extra shifts which fall on Sunday, paid x2
Identify and manage the risks to the client through the equipment on site, including identifying critical spares, improving performance of plant and equipment, managing the environment conditions on site through the BMS system and running all plant and equipment efficiently, improving and implementing the preventative maintenance program.
Using new equipment and technologies to maintain a working and comfortable environment liaising with the client on any requests for certain reactive and PPM tasks.
Support others in the team in relation to Health and Safety
Perform the role or Energy Champion and assist in the role of Safety Champion for the site.
Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance team.
