Job Description
Based in Barnsley, S70
Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week.
Paying £18.95PAYE or £22.00per hour via umbrella
3 months/temp to perm
A site manager to oversee the running of the all premises on site.
There is a tenant on site with a café which is open 7 days a week.
The candidate will act as liaison with the tenant, neighbours and contractors for all site related enquiries.
The visitor attraction is open 4 days a week (Thurs – Sun).
The postholder will be responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-quality visitor experience.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders and be able to respond quickly and professionally to all customer enquiries.
There is a small team operating from the site plus an active volunteer programme.
Candidates could be experienced caretaker with supervisory experience or have experience of managing and coordinating a visitor attraction.
