Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical Bias

Location: Basildon & Southend (SS14)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £40,000 – £42,000 + OT
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
Notes: Mobile role, van & fuel card provided. Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check prior to starting.
  
Duties
PPM’s/maintenance and reactive works within courts dealing with HVAC, AHU’s, extract system, pumps, as well as reactive works on blocked toilets or doors not shutting etc.
  
Person Specification
Must have NVQ level 2 or above in Mechanical discipline.
