Preferred Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in maintaining council tax and administering a wide range of exemptions, discounts, and reliefs to ensure accurate billing.
  • Proficiency in working with Academy and Enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data management and record-keeping.
  • Thorough understanding of the relevant legislation governing council tax, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide reliable guidance.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide top-notch support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the council’s tax assessment operations.
