Job Opportunity: Team Manager – Safeguarding Children
Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £46 per hour
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, inspiring, and innovative Team Manager to join our dedicated team in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise across the safeguarding continuum—including Child in Need, Child Protection, Public Law Outline (PLO), and Court proceedings.
You will lead with purpose and action, supporting a trauma-informed Family Safeguarding Model that is:

• Compassionate
• Rooted in motivational interviewing
• Focused on building empowering, multi-disciplinary relationships with families
• Committed to keeping children safe at home where appropriate
