Job Description
Must have driver’s license
Working Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm
Starting ASAP
Running till March, minimum
£34.41ph via umbrella (no ltd)

Must be able to attend office 1 day a week, 4 days out and about.
Will be left to develop own schedule – self managing., Straight from house to site
Not fixing, the lifts themselves, overseeing the contractors and ensure doing the work to the right standard.
Problem solving, i.e. when can’t get in to a property, gaining keys, solving issues alongside housing officers, reliability issues.
Sometimes resident facing.
Dealing with HO’s and the team that manage the contract.
Passenger lifts in tall buildings / estates and also domestic lifts, stair lifts in individual homes, hoists, some homes / schemes with vulnerable residents, Ideally have experience in install but, will be seeing and making sure the jobs are getting done.
Not as physically demanding as a hands on lift service or install, not on call.
Lift manufacturers - Otis, Connie and Schindler – desirable.
