Location: Hertfordshire (AL8)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: £35.00 – £40.00ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
  
Duties

• Lead the project to implement a new database for Building Services and Asset Management
• Extensive experience to take responsibility for the implementation of robust statutory compliance processes
• Lead procurement exercises for the department
• Review the Stock Condition Survey Data and draft up a 30 year business plan for corporate assets.
• Manage the Building Services, Garages and Asset Data Teams.
• Expertise of commercial buildings
