Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Pay: £26.00ph paid weekly PAYE or £34.30ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
  
Duties
Shared service team management/supervision (team of 6)
Accounts receivable management
Ensuring all invoicing is raised in an accurate and timely fashion
Ensure all debtor invoices are paid on time, review the documentation of debt collection notes & whether this could be improved
Receipt forecast reporting & analysis, seeking continual improvements where possible
VAT treatment review
Monitoring and reporting on unallocated cash
Credit checks & credit limit reviews
Expenses management, including monitoring & reporting of issues, control environment, policy changes as required
  
  
Person Specification
Relevant on the job experience in a similar finance role, including line management
Use of Oracle, SAP or other large ERP system
Effective communicator able to engage at all levels within an organisation
