Location: Bristol – BS13
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term/Temp to Perm if everything goes well
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
Pay: £20.03ph paid weekly via umbrella
  
Duties
You will be working as part of a multi disciplined maintenance team working on the landlord & tenant areas of a corporate offices based in Bristol
  

• Carry out Fabric Technician duties, such as but not limited to:
• o Maintenance / repair to joinery
• o Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric Ad hoc painting / touching up to properties
• o Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
• o Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
• o (PPM’s) Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs assigned
• o Lath & Plaster inspections
• o Repairs and modifications to tiling
• o Repairs and modification to door locks and door jam repair, hanging doors, adjusting and installing door closers,
• o Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building.

  
Qualifications & Experience

• Previous Fabric Technician role or similar experience in a large organisation
• Excellent technical competency skills in relation to general building repairs and maintenance and a sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• An ability to work efficiently as a team as well as under your own initiative in a demanding environment where accuracy is paramount
