Location: Barnsley (S71)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Pay: £19.95ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
Notes: Successful applicant will be subject to a basic DBS prior to starting
  
Duties
We would be looking for a plumber with experience in the public sector that has previously worked with adaptations  or for a local authority or housing association 
  
To be responsible for completing a range of Repair & Maintenance work for Tenants and
voids properties within the Borough of Lewisham.
  
To ensure that completed repairs are to a high standard, whilst ensuring high levels of
customer care and satisfaction.
  
Leak fault finding Locating and repairing hot and cold water bursts
Measuring for fittings and listings of necessary materials
Installing Bathrooms and Kitchens
  
Person Specification
Full UK driving licence
Level 2 NVQ in plumbing
CSCS card
