£650 Day Rate
Wirral (Hybrid Working)
We are seeking a Statutory Compliance and Safety Manager to lead and manage the compliance agenda for our assets. If you are a hands-on professional with a passion for health & safety and statutory compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead representative for statutory compliance across gas, legionella, asbestos, electrical, and mechanical services.
- Ensure the organisation meets health & safety legislation, standards, and best practices across all asset-related functions.
- Support colleagues to develop a culture of safe working practices and compliance.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on legislation updates and their implications.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Lead health & safety training, audits, and guidance for the organisation.
- Collaborate to develop and monitor annual revenue and capital budgets for assets.
- Manage the Assets Compliance Team, ensuring workload performance and safety standards are met.
