Location: Wakefield
Hybrid - 3 days in office

About the Role:
The Property Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing property-related capital projects across diverse portfolios, including Regeneration, Arts, Culture & Leisure, and Education. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading capital projects and estate programs within specific directorates.
- Partnering with Clients stakeholders to integrate property needs within strategic asset management.
- Implementing the Estate Strategy and asset management plans.
- Acting as a liaison between client directorates and property services to align customer needs with technical solutions.
- Deep knowledge of operations, property, and asset management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
- Experience in project, contract, and financial management; NEC PM accreditation is a plus.
