Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven track record in procurement project management, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and tools, ensuring seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, promoting an inclusive environment that values each team member's contributions.
  • Adaptability to hybrid working arrangements, balancing office presence and remote tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Formal qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a local government or public sector environment.
  • Certification from a recognized procurement or project management body, such as CIPS or PRINCE2.
