Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrable Employee Relations (ER) experience that will enable you to adeptly navigate and resolve complex workplace challenges.
  • Prior experience in a Local Authority (LA) setting would be highly advantageous, underpinning a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • A passion for creating inclusive and equitable work environments, and a proactive approach to promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload, maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy in every task you undertake.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or certification in HR management or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development and expertise in the HR domain.
