Contract Support Administrator
Job Description
Location: London Liverpool Street
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £35,000 – £37,000
General Duties:
- Clearing and reporting of any debt.
- Managing compliance, ensuring up-to-date and any remedial works are undertaken.
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, including run and review WIP reports.
- Ensure PPM’s and paperwork is up-to-date.
- Undertake daily calls with contract team to ensure efficient planning.
- Subcontractors management.
- Assist Contract Manager with CAFM system as key user, including PPM records, reactive works and reporting.
- PO’s & invoicing.
- Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, and extra works within contracted SLA’s.
- Ensure that reactive and ppm jobs are attended and rectified within the correct SLA time, ensuring KPI targets are met/exceeded.
- Communicate effectively and build/ maintain relationships at all levels, internal & external.
Qualifications and Required experience:
- Experience in a Contract Support role with a busy Facilities Management business (3-4 years).
- Customer facing/interaction experience – Regular client interaction.
- CAFM system experience – essential (Concept EVO)
