Blackpool
Pay- Within the £50k range (depending on experience) but this is negotiable
Duration- Permanent
Hours- Day and Night shifts
- Day to day management of all operational activity
- Contribute to the planning, delivery and review of services
- Take part in the programme of service and establishment inspections
- Support manage the Home’s budget
- Report all accidents and incidents, identify hazards and initiate risk assessments
- Ensure effective communication with all staff by setting up team briefs and meetings
- Take part in new staff induction
- Work with other agencies to provide the necessary care and services
- Support, inform guide and instruct all staff, deliver training plans where needed
- Provide employees copies of appropriate guidance such that all employees are aware of what may constitute abuse or neglect of children or vulnerable adults, are aware of their duty to report such concerns and comply with this duty
- Provide a safe and caring environment for young people
- Report all concerns about the children
- Registered manager experience based in a Children’s Home
- Relevant qualification
