Salary: £14.60 per hour

About the Role
As a Casual Duty Officer, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Council’s sports facilities, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the sports facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure health and safety compliance for staff and customers
- Act as a key holder, responsible for facility security and maintenance
- Maintain vending machines and oversee pool plant operations
- Undertake emergency and routine maintenance as needed
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Leadership or management qualification (or equivalent experience)
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (dependent on location)
- Pool Plant Operators Certificate (dependent on location)
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
