Gloucestershire County Council - Youth Support Housing Team - Case Responsible Officer   Location – Shire Hall, GL1 2TG (You will be based within Gloucestershire working across various locality offices.  The role will involve some hybrid working both at home and in the office) On going contract – 37 hours - £14.32ph    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to social care colleagues who are: Supporting children in care move on from their placements Supporting care leavers navigate their housing options Supporting care leavers who have become homeless    The pace is fast, and the work can be complex, but extremely rewarding.
